SO FINDET IHR ZUSAMMEN.
Du kannst einer bestehenden Bezugsgruppe in der Nähe beitreten oder eine eigene gründen, zum Beispiel indem du ein Aktionstraining oder ein anderes XR-Event in deiner Nähe besuchst und dort eine Gruppe zusammentrommelst.
Am besten bringst du direkt einige Freund:innen oder Bekannte mit. Eine effektive Bezugsgruppe benötigt mindestens vier, idealerweise 8 bis 12 Personen.
Organisiert anschließend ein erstes Treffen, um euch besser kennenzulernen und um zu klären, wie ihr Entscheidungen treffen wollt. Überlegt euch, welche Rollen ihr bei einzelnen Aktionen braucht und verteilt sie in eurer Gruppe. Sprecht über Fürsorge, Sicherheit, Rechtliches, und Außenwirkung und andere wichtige Themen. Ausführliche Tipps dazu findet ihr im Bezugsgruppen Starter-Pack (PDF).
Sofern du alleine zu einer Aktion kommst oder Mitglieder deiner Gruppe schon weitergezogen sind, schließ‘ dich am besten einer bestehenden Bezugsgruppe vor Ort an.

1. Sieh dir einen xr Talk an und informiere dich über die fakten
Was ist der wissenschaftliche Forschungsstand zu Klimakrise und ökologischer Katastrophe? Und was können wir dagegen tun? Dieser Talk bildet die Grundlage von XR, weil es wichtig ist, dass alle die aktuelle Informationslage kennen.
Du kannst jederzeit einen Talk anfragen und in deinem Ort einen Vortrag organisieren. Unsere geschulten Talker*innen kommen gern zu euch.

2. Lerne mehr über Extinction Rebellion
Mache dich mit den Werten und Prinzipien von XR vertraut. Jeder Mensch, der diese akzeptiert ist herzlichst eingeladen, Teil von Extinction Rebellion zu werden. Ob du eine Bezugsgruppe gründest, bei Aktionen mitmachst oder dich in der Orga beteiligen willst, ist dir überlassen. Ausführliche Infos, Dokumente und Materialien finden sich im Rebel Starter Pack.
3. Werde Teil einer Bezugsgruppe
Bezugsgruppen (Bezugis) sind die kleinste Kleinfamilie von Extinction Rebellion. Bezugis bestehen aus Menschen, die sich schätzen, vertrauen und miteinander arbeiten können. Außerdem sind sie die Gruppen, die gemeinsam in Aktion gehen. Sie stellen das Herz jeder dezentralen Bewegung dar und ermöglichen uns erst, aktiv zu werden. Auf unserer Bezugiseite findest du alles, was du wissen musst und brauchen kannst. Verfolge unseren Eventkalender oder melde dich und deine Gruppe selbst für einen Bezugsgruppen-Workshop oder Aktionstraining mit Rechtsinfo an. Wenn du nicht weiterweißt, helfen wir dir gern bei deinen Anliegen.

4. Lerne deine Regional- oder ortsgruppe kennen
Tritt deiner Regional-/Ortsgruppe bei. Wir halten immer wieder offene Plena, XR-Cafes und Talks (genauere Infos zum Ort und Datum unter Veranstaltungen, um unsere Kultur zu pflegen, aber auch um euch kennenzulernen und mit XR vertraut zu machen.
